July 3 / Day 43 / Frankford to Campbellford / 24 NM

Left Frankfort after saying goodbye to Scott Hunter and our boat neighbors and locked through the next 6 locks (through lock 12) with Let it Be

before arriving in Campbellford.

We had been given the head’s up by the crew of Hour Plan that there was plenty of room on both the east and west walls.  Hour Plan, along with Fins, were secured to the east wall so we decided to join them and tucked in in front of Fins with Hour Plan bringing up the rear.

Millie and I walked over the bridge to check in at the Chamber of Commerce Welcome Center on the other side of the river.  Upon our return, Phil and Lynn from Fins invited us for docktails along with AC and Jim from Hour Plan.  After docktails, Tim and I walked over the bridge to grab a bite to eat at the Stinking Rose Pub.  A true townie bar with very limited food, but fun atmosphere!
