May 31 / Day 10 / Croton-on-Hudson to Kingston / 49.2 NM

Raining again this morning, but only slightly, so Tim went for a bike ride while I got us organized to leave for Kingston.  After Tim got back, I walked Millie and we left the dock at 10:30.  During our trip up the river, the sun came out, it warmed up and we had a beautiful ride.
We followed these two ships for a while before finally passing them.

We arrived at Rondout Yacht Basin at 5:15.  Ironically enough, Destinations is once again our dock neighbor having arrived just before we did.  Neither one of us had planned on the particular stop so it was totally coincidental, but a welcome surprise.  Not so much of a surprise was the violent thunder and lightning storm that swept through here this evening.  At this point, we are so accustomed to rain that it seems the norm.
